Inspection
The basic inspection service checks the product name, color, size, and damage in the shipping application form.
Repackaging
LIZY HOUSE minimizes weight and volume so that you can benefit from lower shipping costs, and ships in a suitable condition for air transport and safekeeping. However, non-removable items other than shoes/clothes will be measured as boxes shipped from seller if there is no reason for disqualification on the shipping.
Optional service
In addition to the shipping cost, additional costs may be incurred depending on the situation.
- Combine Shipping: A service that binds two or more orders and sends them in one box
- Split Shipping: Service to send one order divided into boxes
- Photo: By product, at least 3 photos (front, side, rear) available
- Double Packing (add air bubble, buffer): If the default package is unsuitable for air transport, additional packaging may be added at an additional cost.
Penalty charge
Storage fee : After one week of free storage as of the arrived date, 10,000won will be charged every week from the 8th day.
* ‘Arrived today and ship out tomorrow’ is the rule of the LIZY HOUSE. Please note that the same applies to delayed payment of all goods prepared for shipment.

Assisted Purchase
If the process of signing up and paying for Korean shopping malls is difficult and complicated, use assisted purchase service. Just fill out the application form, you can take over all steps from ordering to payment.
You need to pay the first price for the product you requested for purchase. The first payment amount will be charged with adding the product price and the service fee 15%.
If payment is confirmed, we will place an order directly at the shopping mall. When the product arrives, it will be shipped in the same way as the shipping service.
* Check your country tariff and customs regulations before you make an order. LIZY HOUSE is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by the violation.
Offline purchase
If the product you want is on sale offline only, we will get it for you.
